I've upped the red meat, bacon and dairy foods over the last 6 months (I have been sugarfree/low carb for a couple of years). Unfortunately my lipid panel shows my cholesterol levels are up, except for HDL which is down. I do not like this, nor that I have also put on 2 kilos. So it looks like BBBE hasn't worked for me. So I am going to cut down, and stick to lean proteins, salad and vegetables. I'd say be cautious, and keep testing.

The bowl slide reminds me of the coin thing that used to be in stores! I went on one of those as a child and had the worst back smacker ever! Lol I learned to adjust my body as I was falling into the pool real quick!

I enjoyed all of the flavors, but black cherry lime was my favorite and I really hope they make it into a packet flavor. I also hope that these end up on store shelves, as that's probably the only place I'd buy it, when I'm away from home and out of electrolytes.

If you can tolerate spices hearts make the most amazing curry, cook it on day 1, eat it on day 2. Or slice it, season and air fry it or cut it small and add it to a minced (ground) beef dish. In the UK it is normal to eat the organ meats
